To get homemade hamburger exactly right, you need to raise your own beef. If that's not possible, you need to at least know where your beef comes from. Moe beef, the source of our perfect burger, starts out on the Moe ranch in central Montana. She spends her life on the ranch, being grass fed for twenty-two months and then fed for two months on a diet of ranch-raised hay and oats.

At approximately twenty-four months, she goes to the local meat processor to become Moe Beef. The finished beef is source verified, all natural, humanely handled, grass-fed, inspected, vacuum-packed and ranch raised. Most importantly, it is delicious!

Do not underestimate the importance of where your beef comes from. If you truly want the best homemade hamburger, do some homework.
